In 2002, the company completed its 78th development, Alhambra Towers, the company’s most ambitious project yet. The world- class 174,000 sq. foot, 16-story building, located in Coral Gables, is an architectural and historical tribute to the City and its founder, George Merrick. The building’s triangular design, exterior facade of Spanish and Italian influences, and distinctive tower are only rivaled by the luxurious amenities found inside.
The building is recipient of nine awards including the 2007 Coral Gables Chamber of Commerce City Beautiful Award, the DBA 2006 Community Advancement Award for Commercial Project of the Year, NAIOP 2003 Project of the Year and the Builders Association of South Florida 2003 BEST Platinum for Builders Overall Product Commercial-Office.
